It’s not about the sugar, it’s about hydration. I’m perpetually dehydrated and it’s not good for me. I think it’s also making it harder to lose weight. I’ve been told that makes a difference. I’ve got nothing against water, or any other drink for that matter, I just don’t drink a lot of liquid in general. So I figure if every time I want to drink a Coke or something, if I have to drink a glass of water first, I double my liquid intake.
So far tonight, we’re on track. Lets see if I can keep it going. My willpower has been at a low ebb.
